Join us on March 21st for a full-day mallet making workshop at the MacLachlan Woodworking Museum! Professional woodworker Paul Shipman will guide you through crafting your own cherry wood mallet using traditional hand tools and techniques. Whether you’re new to woodworking or looking to refine your skills, you’ll gain practical knowledge in an inspiring heritage setting. After a day of crafting, you’ll leave with a beautiful, durable tool which you built yourself. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian throughout the program. Accompanying adults may support their child as they craft their mallet, and are not required to purchase separate tickets (unless they would like to craft their own, separate mallet).
