There's a buzz at the Museum! Inspired by our bee exhibit, families are invited to join us for a relaxed, drop-in crafting session where children can transform ordinary rocks into adorable bumble bees. Using paint and simple decorating materials, participants will create their own bee-themed keepsake to take home. Whether it ends up in a garden, flowerpot, or on a bedroom shelf, each bee is sure to be one-of-a-kind. This is a casual, self-guided activity designed for children ages 0–7 and their caregivers. Museum staff will be on hand with examples and instructions, but families are welcome to create at their own pace. 10:00–11:00 AM session All materials included $5 admission per person Space is limited. Please note that both children and accompanying adults require a ticket to attend. This listing is for the 10–11 AM session; an additional session will also be available. After crafting, don't forget to explore our bee exhibit and discover what makes these tiny pollinators so important. Come paint, create, and enjoy a morning of buzzing fun!
