Live Observation Hive Experience with Oak & Willow Honey Company @ the PumpHouse Museum Sunday, July 26 | 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Get an up-close look at the fascinating world of honey bees during this special drop-in experience at the PumpHouse Museum! Presented by Oak & Willow Honey Company, this immersive experience features a live observation hive where you can watch thousands of honey bees hard at work. Explore authentic beekeeping equipment, discover how bees communicate and produce honey, and learn why pollinators play such an important role in our ecosystems and food supply. Throughout the day, enjoy engaging presentations every hour on the hour covering topics including: Bee-ology: The Biology of Bees The Mystery of Honey Inside the Hive A Beekeeper's Day Between presentations, visitors are invited to explore the live hive, ask questions, and chat with the beekeeper in a relaxed, interactive setting. Included with regular museum admission. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
