About this Class

Get ready to become a bee for the day! Inspired by our bee exhibit, this playful crafting session gives children the chance to create wearable bee-themed accessories perfect for imaginative play. Participants can choose to make: Bee Mask – Decorate a mask inspired by one of nature's busiest pollinators. Bee Headband – Create a fun bee headband complete with antennae for buzzing around the Museum. Children may choose to make one craft or both during this relaxed, family-friendly session. With simple instructions and plenty of room for creativity, families can enjoy crafting together at their own pace. Perfect for children ages 0–7 and their caregivers, this activity encourages creativity, pretend play, and curiosity about the world of bees. 12:00–1:00 PM session All materials included $5 admission per person Space is limited. Please note that both children and accompanying adults require a ticket to attend. This listing is for the 10–11 AM session; an additional session will also be available.
